Our Company offers associates a variety of medical plan options that pay a major portion of associates' medical care costs through a national leader in the health care industry.

Vision Coverage
Our Company's vision plan provides associates coverage for eye exams, glasses, lenses and contact lenses through a national vision care leader.

Dental Coverage
Our Company's extensive dental plan covers preventive and diagnostic dental treatment, orthodontic treatment and most basic services.

Managed Pharmacy Coverage
Our Company's managed pharmacy plan offers associates instant discounts at thousands of pharmacies nationwide.

Flexible Spending Account
Eligible associates may participate in flexible spending by contributing pre-tax dollars toward medical and dependent care accounts, deducted from their paycheck. Associates may then submit out-of-pocket medical expenses or dependent care expenses for reimbursement from this account.

Paid Vacation
All eligible associates receive paid vacation to reward them for their commitment and dedication to our Company. Paid vacation grows with an associate's tenure with our Company.

Paid Holidays
All eligible associates receive six paid holidays, which includes the associate's birthday.

Retirement Plan
All eligible associates receive a profit sharing contribution to their retirement plan, paid 100 percent by our Company - based on Company profitability and paid at the discretion of our Company.

All eligible associates may participate in our Company's 401(k) plan by making pre-tax payroll deducted contributions to an account managed by financial industry leader.

Annual Bonus
All eligible associates receive a percentage of their annual earnings. This benefit is paid 100 percent by our Company - based on Company profitability and paid at the discretion of our Company.

Wellness Bonus
All eligible associates receive a percentage of their annual earnings as a Wellness Bonus prior to year end. This benefit is paid 100 percent by our Company and is a reward for staying healthy or compensation for work missed due to illness.

Life Insurance Coverage
Our Company provides eligible associates with company-paid life insurance. All premiums for this coverage are paid 100 percent by our Company.

Dependent Life Insurance Coverage
Full-time associates eligible for life insurance also receive life insurance coverage on each of their eligible dependents, including spouse and children. This benefit is paid 100 percent by our Company.

Lion's Pride Foundation
All associates are eligible to apply for assistance from and contribute to the Lion's Pride Foundation, our Company's non-profit charitable organization created to help associates and others in times of need.

Scholarships
All eligible associates and eligible dependents may apply for education scholarships.

Direct Deposit
All associates may sign up for direct deposit to have their paychecks electronically deposited in up to two accounts of their choice.

Lion's Share Credit Union
All associates and immediate family members are eligible for membership in Lion's Share Credit Union. Lion's Share Credit Union offers associates the opportunity to start a regular savings program through payroll deductions, along with checking and savings accounts, Visa debit and credit cards, personal, auto and home equity loans and much more.

Employee Assistance Program
All associates are eligible for EAP. This benefit offers assistance to associates with drug or alcohol, marital or family, financial, stress-related or other problems that may interfere with job performance.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage
In the event of accidental death, associates eligible for life insurance receive double indemnity coverage, which doubles the value of their basic life insurance. Premiums for this benefit are paid 100 percent by our Company.

Long-term & Short-term Disability Income Protection
Eligible full-time and salaried associates receive accident and illness coverage which supplements an associate's earnings in the event he or she is disabled for a non-work related injury or illness and unable to work. This benefit is paid 100 percent by our Company.

Supplemental Insurance
All eligible associates have opportunity to purchase supplemental insurance policies, such as auto/homeowner's insurance, disability income protection, critical care and life insurance. This benefit is managed by leading national insurance companies with competitive rates.
