Why does it sometimes take a while to fill a prescription?

- To do a quality job, the pharmacist must take time to review your patient profile and provide time to answer any questions you may have.
- When concerned about time, always ask your Food Lion Pharmacist how long it's likely to take to serve you.
Why can medication costs increase from month to month?
- As with other types of products, prescription prices do change. Primarily this occurs through adjustments by the manufacturer/drug company.
- Food Lion works to keep its prices on prescription and over-the-counter medications as low as possible.
