Surf Point Award-Winning Wine

The San Francisco International Wine Competition is the largest, most influential international wine competition in America. It is judged by a prestigious panel of nationally recognized wine experts. Judging is based on a blind, consensual procedure, ensuring that its rigor and integrity remain the nation's most respected competition. In 2008, over 1,150 wineries submitted wines from 21 countries.

Among the entrants was Surf Point, and exclusive new line of wines recently unveiled at Food Lion. When the winners were announced, Surf Point was awarded in three categories:

Surf Point, Chardonnay 2006
