Food Lion's RMT Program is a 15-month program designed to identify and train the company's future leaders. The first goal of the program is to produce store management leaders, the driving force in our industry, and to prepare them for future growth in the company.
We think the RMT Program is an excellent opportunity for new and recent college graduates to learn the supermarket industry and retail business as a whole.
