SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF DELAWARE, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, KENTUCKY, MARYLAND, NORTH CAROLINA, PENNSYLVANIA, SOUTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE, VIRGINIA AND WEST VIRGINIA ONLY.

1. To enter: Sweepstakes begins 8/13/08 and ends 9/17/008. There are two ways to enter the Food Lion/Campbell's Labels for Education^TM/Back-To-School Sweepstakes: an in-store method and a mail-in method. 1) To enter In-Store. Purchase of any 10 or more Campbell Soup Company items made with your Food Lion MVP Card during one store visit at any participating Food Lion store from 8/13/08 to 9/17/08, you will automatically receive one sweepstakes entry. 2) To enter without purchase. Hand print name, address, phone number & school name/address on a 3" x 5" paper. Mail to: Food Lion/Campbell's Labels for Education^TM/Back-To-School Sweepstakes, PO Box 2063, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2063. Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be hand written, mailed in a separate stamped envelope, be postmarked by 9/17/08 & received by 9/24/08. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete entries. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for incomplete, lost, stolen, late, misdirected, misplaced, mutilated, or postage due entries or mail network or computer/scanner failures or malfunctions, cards scanned incorrectly, or other technical errors of any kind. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
2. Prizes/Drawing: [1] Grand Prize: 1 Grand Prize Winner will receive a 100,000 Campbell's Labels for Education ^TM bonus point certificate to be awarded to the school of their choice and a $25,000 scholarship. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $26,150.00. [5] Second Prizes: 5 Second Prize Winners will each receive a 25,000 Campbell's Labels for Education ^TM bonus point certificate to be awarded to the school of their choice and a $5,000 scholarship. ARV: $5,287.50/each. Total ARV all prizes: $52,587.50. Labels for Education bonus point certificates can only be redeemed by eligible schools via proper Labels for Education procedures. All scholarships to be awarded as a one time payment and will be awarded in the form of a check. A "Scholarship" prize is a one time payment to the winner with the intent that the prize money received be used to help defray the expenses of a recognized education program of the winners' choice. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 10/2/2008 by Arrowhead Promotion, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail. All prizes will be awarded as long as there are a sufficient number of eligible entries.
3. Prize Restrictions: Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for incomplete, lost, stolen, late, misdirected, misplaced, mutilated, or postage due entries or mail. Winner receiving a prize, may be required to sign & return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 3 days of notification or alternate winner will be selected. If Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in name of parent/legal guardian who must sign all required documents. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions allowed except by Sponsors due to unavailability of a prize at time of award or as specified herein. By entering entrants agree to be bound by these rules and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Winners release Sponsor, Food Lion, their respective employees, directors, officers & agents, member clubs, subsidiary & affiliated companies from any & all claims or liability in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the frequent shopper entry portion of the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. If the frequent shopper entry portion is so cancelled, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible Food Lion MVP Card entries and all eligible mailed entries received prior to the time of termination. For purposes of determining eligibility and awarding prize, entries made via the Food Lion MVP Card will be declared made by the authorized account holder. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized account holder of the Food Lion MVP Card associated with the account.
4. Eligibility: Open to all legal residents of the States of Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and residents of the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees or agents of Sponsor and Food Lion, their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agencies, & members of their immediate families. Void in the other 39 states, PR and wherever taxed, prohibited or restricted. Subject to all federal, state & local laws & regulations.
