The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright cherry nose, lifted by hints of vanilla and toastiness from the oak. Moderate tannins accent the cherry flavors, giving the wine a long, pleasing finish.
The 2005 Merlot has lush flavors of blackberries and currants. The fruit aromas are followed by a hint of mint, as well as smoky and vanilla components from the oak that integrate well into the finish. The dark fruit flavors of the wine complement the well-rounded tannins, resulting in a lingering finish.
The 2006 Chardonnay has enticing aromas of sweet vanilla and sweet oak with hints of apple and pear that immediately fill the glass. The soft, silky mouth feel explodes with crisp apple and citrus flavors that leave a smooth finish with hints of toasty oak.
The 2006 Pinot Grigio has lovely floral aromas of orange blossoms, along with spice and grapefruit. Refreshing and vibrant lime, grapefruit and a touch of minerals finish the palate with nice crispness, making this wine fun to enjoy on its own or paired with a variety of foods.

Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-bodied with supple aromas of cherry, blackberry and tasty oak. Rich, ripe flavors allow for easy pairing with red meats and robust grilled dishes.
Chardonnay is a fresh, well-balanced wine with tropical fruit aromas and a clean, crisp finish. Pair with soft cheese, light salads and roasted meats.
White Zinfandel is a zesty wine with hints of strawberry and melon. Best served well chilled as an aperitif or as a complement to spicy dishes and light desserts.
Merlot offers smooth, rich texture balanced by aromas of toasty oak, dark fruits and spice. The complex fruit and spice characters make this wine a perfect pairing with hearty cheeses, veal dishes and gourmet burgers.

Chardonnay exhibits enhanced complexities of crisp citrus and apple notes. 15% of the wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 2 ½ month to add a subtle oak nuance before bottling.
Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a bouquet of orange, lemon grass and red grapefruit, while being enhanced with spicy floral notes influenced by the addition of the Mosque clone.
Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits ripe fruit aromas with hints of rich black fruits, combined with moderate oak flavors to exemplify the Paso Robles character.
Syrah consists of rich currant, blackberry and cassis flavors while supported with supple tannins.

Belmondo Pinot Noir - The aromas unfold to reveal flavors of plum and blackberry as well as dried raspberries and cherries. Its subtle spiciness is enhanced by an appealing lively acidity.
Belmondo Pinot Grigio is a fuller and richer than a typical Pinot Grigio, with fresh, ripe apple and pear aromas and delicious, juicy flavors. A clean, simple wine with crisp finish. This wine is flavorful with lots of fresh melon taste.
