You will need: 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil. 2 Tablespoons Water*. 1 Egg. Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for aluminum or glass pan or 325 degrees F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom only of 8-inch square pan. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, oil, water and egg with spoon about 50 times (batter may be lumpy). Spread in pan. 3. Bake 26 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean; cool. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix. Bake 25-27 min. * For cakelike brownies, increase water to 1/4 cup. Do not eat raw brownie batter. Betty’s Tip: For easy cutting, cool brownies at least 1 hour, and use a plastic knife.
