Directions: Use prior to best before date on the package. (1) To use dissolve active dry Yeast in warm water (100 degrees F) for 10 minutes before mixing. When yeast is mixed directly with flour (not dissolved), add liquids to the recipe warmed to 120 degrees F. Follow recipe carefully. (2) For best results: To rise, set covered dough in warm place (80 degrees F to 85 degrees F). (3) For bread machine: This yeast is perfect for all bread machines and all cycles. Measure all of the ingredients and follow bread machine recipe carefully. Do not let yeast come in direct contact with liquids, salt or sugar when placing in bread machine pan. 1 package Active Dry Yeast (0.25 ounce) =1 package fast rise Yeast (0.25 ounce) =1 cake fresh yeast (0.6 ounce) 1 package of Active Dry Yeast measures about 2-1/4 teaspoons. Store in a cool dry place.
