Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Moisten chicken pieces (with or without skin) (Bake times are the same with or without skin) with water. Shake off excess. Using chart below, measure mixture into shaker bag or onto plate. Shake or coat 1 or 2 pieces at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture in shaker bag or on plate. Bake on ungreased or foil lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. Do not cover. Do not turn chicken during baking. Bake times are the same with or without skin. Chicken pieces (2-3): Coating mixture (1/4 packet), Bake with bone (40 min), Bake boneless (15 min); Chicken pieces (4-5): Coating mixture (1/2 packet), Bake with bone (45 min), Bake boneless (15 min); Chicken pieces (6-8): Coating mixture (1 packet), Bake with bone (50 min), Bake boneless (20 min). Air Fryer: Coat chicken as directed above. Cook according to air fryer directions. Note: Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
