Cooking Directions: 1. Combine Chicken Batter Mix (5 tbsp.) and cold water (1/2 cup) in a large bowl. Dip chicken into batter. 2. Firmly press chicken in remaining dry Chicken Batter Mix until completely coated. 3. Deep fry chicken at 350 degrees F until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Enjoy! Coats up to 7 lbs. of chicken.
