Use as seasoning, marinade or dry rub. Directions: For Rub: Rub seasoning evenly on 2-3 Ibs meat. Cook until desired temperature. For Marinade: 1/4 cup water; 1/8 cup oil; 3 tbsp white vinegar; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1-1/2 - 2 lb beef, pork, lamb, or chicken. 1. Mix dry rub seasoning, water, oil, white vinegar, and lemon juice in a Ziplock bag. 2. Place meat in bag. 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 4. Remove meat 5 minutes prior to cooking. Discard marinade. 5. Grill, bake, or broil until desired temperature. Best if Used By: February 2027.
