Zatarain's Crawfish, Shrimp and Crab Boil is just the right blend of spices, seasonings, lemon and salt to give you great tasting seafood every time. This package will properly season 4 pounds of shrimp, 3 pounds of crawfish, or 6-8 crabs. 1. Place 2 quarts of water and contents of package into large cooking container, stir and bring to rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly, and return to boil (if seafood is not covered, add additional water). 2. Cook for the time shown in the table. Turn off heat and Soak for the time shown in the table. Crawfish: Cook time; 2 min; Hot soak time; 15-20 min; zesty cool time; 15-20 min. Crabs: Cook time; 5 min; Hot soak time; 15-20 min; Zesty cool time; 15-20 min. Shrimp: Cook time; 1 min; Hot soak time; 2-5 min; Zesty cool time; 2-5 min.
