Details
For four generations, we have produced honey that highlights the uniqueness of the landscape in which it was produced. We winter our bees in the foothills of North Carolina and follow the blooms up the Blue Ridge Mountains in Spring. We do not microfilter nor pasteurize our honey in an effort to protect it's flavor and inherent goodness. Raw honey may crystalize over time. To liquify. Place jar in warm water and stir.
