You will need: 1lb skinless, boneless chicken (Can be substituted with paneer, seafood, vegetables, lamb or pork) 1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil to fry spices in rice or naan bread. 3 simple steps: Cook the spices in 1 tbsp of oil for 20 sec. (Fry the whole chili for optional heat.) Add the protein or veg and sear before adding the base sauce (small pouch), simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add the main sauce (big pouch) and simmer until cooked through. Remove whole spices and serve with rice or naan bread. 3 simple steps: 1. Heat spices. 2. Add fresh ingredients and base sauce. 3.
