For these artisanal pizzas we combine our original corn meal crust with the finest cheeses and freshest vegetables. Vicolo Pizza can be baked fresh or cooked from frozen. Cooking Instructions: From Fresh: Remove pizza from plastic & cardboard packaging. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place unwrapped pizza on baking pan. Cook until crust is lightly brown and cheese is melted, about 10 - 15 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill until hot. Place unwrapped pizza on grill. Cook over indirect heat until crust is lightly brown and cheese is melted, about 12-15 minutes. From Frozen (oven only): Add approximately 5 minutes to cooking time. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
