Cooking Instructions: Fried Teflon Pan or Skillet: Thaw arepa, spread margarine or butter on both sides of Arepa and cook at medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted. Toaster Oven/ Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 F. Place frozen Arepa on a oven safe tray and bake for 19 to 21 minutes or until cheese is melted. Due to oven variances, heating time may require adjustment. Keep frozen.
