Directions: Wet hands and forearms. Apply 5 ml or palmful to hands and forearms. Scrub thoroughly for 30 seconds and rinse. For Dishes, Pots, and Pans: Give one firm squeeze of Food Lion dish soap into sink, turn on hot water, wash, rinse, and drain. Leaves your dishes, glassware, pots, and pans sparkling clean.
