Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Barbecued Back Ribs: 4 pounds of Beef Back Ribs 2 med. onions, sliced. 2 tsp Salt. 1/4 tsp Pepper. 3/4 cup Catsup. 3/4 cup Water. 2 tbasp Vinegar. 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 tsb Cayenne.1 tsp Chilli powder. 1. Place 4 pounds Beef Back Ribs in large baking dish or roaster. 2. Add onions and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over Back Ribs. 4. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees F. for 11/2 hours, basting frequently. 5. Remove cover and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
