Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Easy Stove-Top Directions: (1) Remove Corned Beef from package & place in large pot. (2) Add sufficient water to cover meat. Bring water to a boil. (3) For a more robust flavor, add desired amount of enclosed spice packet to water. (4) Reduce to simmer and cover for approx. 2.5 - 3 hours or until fork tender. (5) For food safety and tenderness, cook to internal temp of 190 degrees F. Remove meat from pot and let rest 5-10 mins. (6) Slice thinly across the grain and serve. Keep refrigerated.
