Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions: stove top: place frozen patties on heated frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes. Turn patties over and cook for 5 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degree f. Outdoor Grill: For medium well, pre-heat grill to 350 degree F or until charcoal is white. Cook frozen patties on pre-heated grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degree F. Keep frozen. Pull strip to open.
