Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook to a minimum internal temperature 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). If frozen, thaw product before cooking. BBQ: Cook in pre-heated lidded barbecue on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs. Frying Pan: Cook over medium-low heat in a non-stick fry pan for 13 to 17 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Oven: Cook on a foil-lined baking sheet (makes for easier clean up) in a pre-heated 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) oven for 18 to 22 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated.
