Heating Directions: Meatballs are fully cooked. Please follow below instructions for heating. All times are from frozen state. Times may vary. Microwave Oven (1200 Watt): Place 3 frozen meatballs on a microwave safe dish. Heat on high power for 50-60 seconds or until hot. For every 3 additional frozen meatballs add 50 seconds. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen meatballs in a single layer on a baking tray. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until hot*. * Oven temperatures may vary up to 75 degrees F; therefore cooking times may vary slightly. Heating times may need adjustment. Stove Top: Place Frozen meatballs in a large covered saucepan with your favorite sauce. Cook on medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Keep frozen until ready to heat. All times are from a frozen state. BBQ bacon wrapped meatballs: ingredients: 5 min prep | 35 min cook. 1/2 bag Food Lion Original Meatballs. 1 package sliced bacon. 1 bottle honey BBQ sauce. Skewers or toothpicks. Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Thaw bag of Food Lion original meatballs in the microwave for 2 minutes. Cut bacon in thirds to obtain approximately 3-3-1/2 inch pieces per strip of bacon. (Refrigerate bacon until ready to use; it is easier to work with cold.) Line a 17 inch x 11 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Wrap each meatball with 1/3 of a bacon slice, and secure with either a toothpick or a skewer (4 meatballs to a skewer). Place the wrapped meatballs on the parchment paper in a single layer; heat in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked. Take the pan out of the oven; brush the meatballs with the honey BBQ sauce; return the meatballs to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce. Note: for a different flavor, you can substitute our Italian style meatballs. For food safety and quality, heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
