Massage glaze packet with your hands to evenly distribute ingredients. Cut one corner off glaze packet and squeeze glaze evenly over top of ham. If desired, use knife to spread glaze between slices. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Smithfield Spiral Sliced Hams are fully cooked and are delicious served cold. If you would like to serve the ham warm, follow the directions below. Warming Directions: Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove all packaging materials and place ham on wire rack in shallow roasting pan, flat side down. Add 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Heat for approximately 14-16 minutes per pound or until it reaches an internal temperature of 120 degrees F. Remove ham from oven and enjoy! If desired, glaze ham with following glazing instructions. Glazing Instructions: Allow ham to stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove aluminum foil from pan. Massage the packet to gently blend the glaze. Cut one corner off the glaze packet and squeeze glaze evenly over the top of ham. If desired, use a knife or brush to spread glaze between slices. Allow glaze to melt into the ham before serving. Half Ham Carving Instructions: Cut around center bone with knife to free as many slices from the bone as desired. Cut along the natural seams of the ham slices to remove sections of those slices you've already freed from the center bone. Keep refrigerated. Refrigerate immediately after use. Peel. Once opened, use within 5 days.
