Internal temperature of product should be brought a temperature of at least 160 degrees F. Suggested Use: This is a salt cured product. It makes a great seasoning item, when cooking green beans, pintos, collard greens and many other garden vegetables, simply put product in vegetables while cooking. Give them a great flavor. Refrigerate after opening.
