Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Cooking Directions: Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat pork loin with olive oil and season as desired. Place pork loin in oven safe dish and cover loosely with foil. Cook approximately 30 to 35 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes. Slice and serve. Keep refrigerated.
