Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking. Easy Peel Packaging: Separate film at corner and peel back to open. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), as measured by a food thermometer. For best results, follow the directions below: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Remove roast from packaging and place on foil-lined tray. Cook for 1 hour or until the green pop-up thermometer pops up and an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) is reached. Remove the roast from the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes. Carefully remove pop-up thermometer. Slice and serve. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated.
