Directions

Heat & eat. Air fryer: Preheat air fryer at 385 degrees F. Cook frozen bites for 10-12 minutes or until an internal temp of 165 degree f. Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Evenly space frozen protein bites on nonstick baking tray and bake 14-16 minutes or until an internal temp of 165 degrees F. Stove top: coat pan with olive oil or canola oil and saute frozen bites on medium to high heat for 10-12 minutes, until warm and browned and an internal temp of 165 degrees F. Microwave: cover a serving (6) of frozen bites with a paper towel and heat on high for 1:30-1:45 minutes. Keep frozen.
