Heating Instructions: Pan Fry (Preferred Method): 1. Prepare from frozen state. 2. Over medium heat, pour & heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a nonstick pan. 3. Place 7 frozen dumplings in the pan leaving enough space between them. 4. Cover and heat for 6 min on high heat. 5. Occasionally flip the potstickers so that all sides are browned evenly. Keep covered when not flipping. 1. Prepare from frozen state. 2. Fill a steamer pot with water and bring to a boil. 3. Once boiling, place 7 frozen dumplings into the steamer. 4. Steam for 7 minutes. Microwave: 1. Prepare from frozen state. 2. Place 7 frozen dumplings on a microwave safe dish lined with a wet paper towel. 3. Use another wet paper towel to cover the top and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Keep frozen. Tear to open.
