Directions

Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Do not consume raw, uncooked dough. Preparation Instructions: Shape dough into a uniform ball by applying pressure with both hands while rotating dough in a circular motion until a smooth round ball is formed. Slightly dust dough with flour, place in bowl and loosely cover with towel or plastic wrap. Rest dough for a minimum of 1 hr. Remove towel or plastic wrap. Lightly dust hands, dough and counter with flour. Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated.
