Directions

Bake: Directions: Use within 4 months of opening and store in refrigerator once opened. (1) For Bread Machines: For bread machines use liquids at 80 degrees F. Add liquids, then dry ingredients to the pan. Add yeast last and do not let it come in direct contact with salt or sugar. Follow machine manufacturer's instructions for shorter cycles as yeast levels and liquid temps may be different. (2) For Traditional Baking: For traditional baking, blend yeast directly with flour (Not dissolved) then add liquids warmed to 120 degrees F. For best results, set covered dough in a warm place (85 degrees F) TO rise. To proof yeast, dissolve 2-14 teaspoons of yeast into 1/4 cup of warm tap water (110 degrees – 115 degrees F. Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Wait 5-10 minutes for mixture to foam. 2-1/4 teaspoons = one 0.25 oz packet of yeast. 0 calories - 0 fat - 0 sodium.
