Directions

Meatloaf: Total Time: 1 hr cook. Ingredients: 1 pkg. Food Lion Meatloaf Seasoning Mix. 2 lbs. Ground beef or turkey. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs. 1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce, (Optional). Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix meatloaf seasoning mix, meat, eggs, milk and bread crumbs in large bowl until well blended. Shape into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. If desired, top with ketchup or tomato sauce. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through. Serves 10.
