Directions
Stovetop: Add 2 teaspoons vegetable oil along with frozen plant-based meatballs in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen plant-based meatballs, covered, for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Carefully add ½ cup water and continue cooking, covered, for 11 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On a baking sheet, bake frozen plant-based meatballs for 20 to 24 minutes. Countertop Air Fryer: Arrange single layer of frozen plant-based meatballs on bottom of air fryer basket or rack. Cook at 325 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Cook as directed. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
