Place salmon on cedar plank, directly on grill. Close grill and cook for 8-10 minutes. Always cook product to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as read by thermometer. Cooking Tip: Add a light coating of oil or cooking spray to the cooking surface to keep the fish from sticking. Warning: although great care is taken to remove them, bones may be present. Serving Suggestions: Cedar Planked Salmon: Cedar planked Salmon odds a rustic Alaskan camp side excitement to your dinner! Try serving with grilled onion and red pepper wheels, and wedges of sweet potato leaning next to the plank during cooking - for a sweet smokey aroma. Eureka! Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated.
