Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Grill: 1. Place burger on grill rack over medium-high heat. 2. Cook on one side for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Flip over and cook approximately 5 to 6 more minutes on the other side until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F as measured by use of a digital thermometer. Conventional Oven: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Place burger on baking sheet and bake uncover for 10 to 15 minutes flip over and cook for additional 4-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by use of a digital thermometer. Skillet: 1. Heat 1 to 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. 2. Place burger in skillet and cook for approximately 5 minutes. 3. Reduce heat to medium, flip over and cook for an additional 6 to 7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by use of a digital thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
