Salmon fillets dusted with a unique blend of aged parmesan cheese, savory spices, a trio of smoky and sweet peppers and topped with creamy butter. Premium foods. Boneless fillets. Directions

Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as read by a thermometer. Cooking Tip: Add a light coating of oil or cooking spray to the cooking surface to keep the fish from sticking. Remove film and remove fish from tray before cooking. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Grill or broil for 4-7 minutes per side. Stove Top: Saute on medium heat for 4-7 minutes per side. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, bones may be present. Serving Suggestions: Go Classic: Serve simply over rice with fresh veggies. Go Green: Serve over a mixed green salad with your favorite veggies and farmhouse ranch dressing. Go Italiano: Serve over tagliatelle pasta with a rich alfredo, roasted broccoli and fresh lemon zest. Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated.
