Directions

Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as read by a thermometer. Cooking Tip: Add a light coating of oil or cooking spray to the cooking surface to keep the fish from sticking. Remove film and remove fish from tray before cooking. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Stove Top: Saute on medium heat for 4-7 minutes per side. Grill Or Broil for 4-7 minutes per side. Serving Suggestions: Go Classic: Serve simply over steamed rice with fresh veggies. Go Green: Serve over a mixed green salad with your favorite veggies and lemon vinaigrette. Go Steakhouse: Serve over garlic mashed potatoes with steamed broccoli, fresh lemon and buttery yeast rolls. Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated.
