Directions

Cooking Direction: Microwave: Place 1/4 cup of water and the Mama Lycha Tamales de Elote in a microwave safe container and cover. Microwave on high for about 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove tamales from container, unwrap from the corn husk, and serve immediately. Stovetop: Place enough water into a large pot to cover Mama Lycha,Tamales de Elote about half way and bring water to boil over high heat. Without opening, place entire bag of tamales into pot and cover with lid. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove tamales from pot, unwrap from the corn husk, and serve immediately. Keep frozen.
