Directions

You Will Need: 3 Tbsp vegetable oil, 1 egg. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray mini muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray or line with mini muffin paper baking cups. 2. Combine brownie mix, oil, and egg in small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth; about 60 seconds. Fill mini muffin cups about 2/3 full. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted) or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes in pan. Tip: For a standard muffin pan prepare batter as directed above. Fill standard muffin cups 1/2 full bake at 350 degrees F for 24-26 minutes (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted). Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying.
