A steak seasoning and a meat tenderizer, this wet marinade is made with McCormick spices, soy sauce and vinegar and contains no high fructose corn syrup. Take your grilling to the next level with this iconic blend of coarsely ground black pepper, garlic and spices. You Will Need: 1 package Grill Mates marinade. 1 to 2 lbs. steak, pork or salmon*. Directions: 1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. for basting, if desired. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. Grilling Tips: Montreal Red Wine Marinade: Stir 1/4 cup dry red wine into the marinade. Continue as directed. *Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
