Easy steps for perfect noodles. Cooking time 8-9 minutes. 1. Boil 4 quartz of water per 12 oz of noodles. Salt to taste. 2. Add noodles and re-boil. 3. Cook uncovered. Stir occasionally for 8-9 minutes. 4. Drain.
