Beef & Broccoli Recipe: What You’ll Need: 2 cups fresh broccoli florets; 2 tablespoons water; 1 pound beef top sirloin, cut into thin strips; 1 pouch P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Beef & Broccoli Sauce. Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Pour in broccoli and water, cover and steam until bright green, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove broccoli from pan and set aside. 2. Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and beef into skillet and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Stir sauce into skillet and cook until thickened, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli and cook 1 minute. Also try with chicken or shrimp.
