In 2010, our company started roasting as a way to connect locally to the mountains of Western North Carolina. We proudly source our coffee from regions with altitudes averaging 3,300 feet above sea level. Beans grown at this alititude tend to mature slower, producing a higher quality coffee with superior taste. Brewing & Storage: Brewing: For the perfect cup, we suggest two tablespoons of ground coffee per cup of water. Adjust according to taste. Storage: Store unused coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark, and dry location. Once opened, it is best used within two weeks.
