Step 2 pick your preferred firmness 9 minutes 10 11 minutes minutes al dente firm tender Step 3 Cooking directions 1 bring water to a rapid boil. Add salt for flavor (optional). 2 add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. 3 cook uncovered 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4 immediately drain in colander. Serve as desired. Storage: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, and refrigerate. Lift to open.
