Directions

1. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves, and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent and fragrant. 2. Stir in 1 lb of Sovereign Seas Seafood Mix and saute for 5-6 minutes, stirring gently, until the seafood is fully cooked, Pour in 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1 tsp dried oregano, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, then simmer for 5 minutes 3. For rice: Add the seafood mixture to 4 cups of cooked rice and stir well to coat evenly. For pasta: Toss with 4 servings of cooked spaghetti or linguine, ensuring the sauce is evenly distributed. 4. Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan before serving. Add a drizzle of olive oil for extra richness if desired. Keep frozen until use. Keep frozen | Do not refreeze.
