Directions: Rinse Ragin' Cajun Beans thoroughly & drain. Add Ragin' Cajun Beans, seasoning, water & 1 lb sliced, browned sausage or ham to pot. For vegan, just don't add meat. Stovetop Pot (5 Quart or larger): Use 10 Cups Water. Cover & boil for 10 mins. Uncover pot, reduce heat to low boil for 3-4 hours until beans are fully cooked & tender. Stir occasionally. Instant Pot or High-Pressure Cooker**: Use 5 Cups Water. Close lid & valve to seal. Cook on high pressure for 35 mins. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 20 mins & then do quick release. Crock Pot/Slow Cooker (5 Quart or larger): Use 3 Cups Water. Cover & cook for 5-6 hours on high (8-10 hours on low) until beans are fully cooked & tender. Stir occasionally. Serve with Rice & Enjoy. Additional tips & options: Use less water for thicker sauce; add more water for soupier beans. Replace water with unsalted chicken or vegetable broth for more flavor.
