Basic Cooking Instructions: Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small pot. Add 1 cup buckwheat and 1/2 tsp salt. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook until tender, 10-15 minutes. Drain off any remaining water. Makes 4 servings. Store in a cool, dry place. Tear to open.
