Preparation: Thawing: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or run fish under cold water. Do not refreeze. Use within 1-2 days of thawing. Fry: Bread fish with breading of choice. Preheat oil to 375 degrees F in either skillet or deep fryer. Fry fish until golden brown, approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brush with melted butter and season to taste. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Broil: Place fish on a greased broiler pan 3 - 4 inches from heat on high. Cook 3 - 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Keep frozen. Note: These are pan ready natural bone-in fish.
