Grill: Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill. Season salmon with salt and pepper, butter and other seasonings to enhance taste. Grill portion for 2 minutes then turn and finish on the other side for 6-8 minutes. Convection: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove salmon portion from tray, season to taste and place in a non-stick or foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until salmon is cooked thoroughly (internal temperature of 145 degrees F) and reaches a flaky texture. Keep refrigerated.
