Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as read by a thermometer. Cooking Tip: Add a light coating of oil or cooking spray to the cooking surface to keep the fish from sticking. Remove film and remove seafood from tray before cooking. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Stove Top: Saute for 4-7 minutes per side. Grill or Broil for 4-7 minutes per side. Serving Suggestions Go Classic: Serve simply seasoned with salt & pepper over rice or mashed potatoes with fresh veggies and lemon. Go Green: Serve over crisp field greens with fresh veggies and dressing. Asian Inspiration: Serve over Asian noodles and garnish with sliced green onion, sesame seeds and orange zest.
