Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as read by a thermometer. Cooking Tip: Add a light coating of oil or cooking spray to the cooking surface to keep the fish from sticking. Remove film and remove fish from tray before cooking. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Broil: For 4-7 minutes per side. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, bones may be present. Serving Suggestions: Go Classic: Serve simply with rice, veggies and lemon wedges. Go Seasonal: Serve with smashed sweet potatoes and roasted vegetables. Go for Chef-Status: Serve with cranberry pecan wild rice, butternut squash and garnish with orange peel. Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated.
